Nuclear Plans go missing - Who is the culprit? Iran?

The Iranian Mullahs are potential culprits behind the pilfering of nuclear plans

The instructions in the stolen nuclear document are in English, Dutch and German, and the designs are from Urenco, the Dutch-British-German consortium which is a leader in centrifuge technology and is the source of Khan's knowhow from his time working there in the 1970s. The CDs and hard drive are at IAEA headquarters in Vienna, where they have been analysed. The investigators now know that the scanning of the original blueprints was done in Dubai from where the investigators link up with the connection to A.Q. Khan the Pakistani rogue nuclear scientist who till recently ran a nuclear Walmart.

In addition to these blueprints, Khan also supplied Libya with drawings for an old Chinese nuclear warhead design. The drawings, now in Washington under IAEA seal, were not complete, say sources, but were adequate to construct a crude nuclear device.

How a terrorist can go scot free in a secular democracy

Before opening statements even began, defense attorneys made an issue of the conspicuous and atypical security measures outside the court, arguing that the barriers would lead the jury to perceive the defendants as being dangerous. (As if they were harmless hermits. - WoJ).

The irony of the Trial of terrorist-criminals like Sami Al-Arian is that they have a sporting chance of pulling wool over the eyes of the prosecution and getting out of court scot free. This has ben evidenced all over the world where Islamic terrorists have been tried. - be it in Indonesia in the trial of the smiling terrorist Imam Samudra who yells Allah-hu-akbar while smilingly acknowledging that he did right in murdering tourists at a Bali Night Club, and his mentor Abu Bakar Bashir who was acquitted in the Bali bombings.

In another instance yesterday in India, a court at Mumbai decreed that the accused in the Mumbai commuter bus bombings had to be set free for lack of evidence. This spells out the tribulations of the prosecution in a free-secular democracy and the need for legislations far more stringent than the Patriot Act in the USA or the POTA (Prevention Of Terrorism Act) in India. Without mincing words, we can say that the fight against terror would require us to emulate Uzbekistan if not Saudi Arabia!

A new and deadly form of Terrorism is Emerging

We are dealing with nihilists and despots who worship a death- cult. They hate modern liberalism and democracy and their ideology is the cousin of fascism and communism. When we faced Stalin and Hitler, the last thing we needed to do was agonize over why they didn't like our societies, lifestyles and systems of government. Neither should we do anything different in confronting the Osamas and Al Zarqawis. More....

There will come a point when widespread Muslim terror attacks against the U.S. will no longer allow military actions as we have taken in Iraq and Afghanistan and will call for a re- appraisal of our military strategy…… More....
